Do your charge for an estimate?

While some contractor companies charge for estimates, B4 & After Property Servivces provides FREE estimates, whether the project is big or small. Please keep in mind that estimates are subject to change after the work begins if the scope or nature of the work changes. But rest assured - we are transparent about costs and maintain regular communications so you know exactly what your bill includes before we send it.

Our hours may vary during holidays. Monday-Friday: 7am-5pm Saturday: By Appointment Sunday: Closed

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, major credit cards, and check.
What is the average cost for your services?

Because we offer a wide range of services and we develop the project plans to stay within your budget, our pricing varies. We do not add a markup for materials. We actually pass along our contractor discount. As an example of costs, Power Washing and Roof Cleaning can cost an average of $500. Kitchen or bathroom remodels can range between $5,000 and $25,00. The final cost is dependent on the types of finishes you want.
