Please keep in mind that estimates are subject to change after the work begins if the scope or nature of the work changes. But rest assured - we are transparent about costs and maintain regular communications so you know exactly what your bill includes before we send it.

Because we offer a wide range of services and we develop the project plans to stay within your budget, our pricing varies. We do not add a markup for materials. We actually pass along our contractor discount.

As an example of costs, Power Washing and Roof Cleaning can cost an average of $500. Kitchen or bathroom remodels can range between $5,000 and $25,00. The final cost is dependent on the types of finishes you want.
