Maintenance Plan Request

B4 & After Property Service's maintenance plans do not include electrical, plumbing, or landscaping.

 

The plan pricing includes service within 30 miles of Corpus Christi's city limit. Properties located more than 30 miles from the city limit will be charged $1.00 per additional mile. Pricing does not include necessary supplies and materials, which are charged separately.

 

The frequency that you select is subject to change following the initial site visit and inspection. The frequency of visits and your payment schedule will be detailed in our agreement, which must be signed by both parties prior to work commencing.
