Muti-Family Property Preservation & Maintenance Plan Request

B4 & After Property Service's preservation and maintenance plans do not include electrical, plumbing, or landscaping.

 

The plan pricing is an estimate that includes service within 30 miles of Corpus Christi's city limit. Properties located more than 30 miles from the city limit will be charged $1.00 per additional mile. 

 

The pricing and frequency that you select is subject to change following the initial site visit and inspection. The rate and payment schedule will be detailed in our agreement, which must be signed by both parties prior to work commencing and your first payment.
